HIGHFIELD HACCP LEVEL 3 (OFFLINE BATCH) | 17-18 December 2025

The Highfield HACCP Level 3 Offline Batch, scheduled for 17–18 December 2025 at our Kochi office, is designed for supervisors, quality controllers, and production personnel working in food handling and processing environments. This classroom-based program provides hands-on understanding of HACCP principles, hazard identification, CCP monitoring, and documentation as per global food safety standards. Face-to-face training enhances learning through discussions, examples, and direct interaction with trainers. By completing this program, participants gain the skills to implement effective food safety controls, strengthen compliance, and maintain high hygiene and operational safety across food production facilities.
