Work-at-height awareness at the source Level 1 title
The preserved Highfield Level 1 work-at-height title provides a starting point for introductory awareness. The enquiry should identify what participants need to recognise and report before any task with a fall risk is assigned.
Use the actual work environment to discuss access arrangements, changing conditions and the limits of an awareness role. Equipment-specific practical training, supervision and rescue arrangements require a separately defined scope and competent assessment. Check the current qualification specification before selecting the route.
