About this programme.
The Highfield HACCP Level 4 Training, scheduled from 12 to 19 January 2026 (Online), is an advanced program for managers, quality heads, and food safety professionals responsible for developing and managing HACCP systems. This course provides in-depth understanding of hazard analysis, CCP determination, validation, verification, and continual improvement of food safety plans in line with international standards. Participants will learn how to evaluate existing HACCP systems, lead food safety teams, and prepare organizations for audits.
