The Highfield HACCP Level 3 Training, scheduled from 13 to 17 April 2026 (Online), is designed for supervisors, quality personnel, and food safety professionals responsible for implementing and monitoring HACCP systems. This course provides a comprehensive understanding of hazard identification, risk assessment, critical control point management, monitoring procedures, and documentation aligned with international food safety standards. Participants will gain practical skills to prevent contamination, manage food safety risks, and support audit readiness across operations.
