Foundational project-management study through CAPM

CAPM is PMI’s Certified Associate in Project Management credential. A learning enquiry can use it to organise an introduction to project terminology, ways of working and the responsibilities of people contributing to projects.

Start with the participant’s experience and purpose: supporting a project, moving into a coordination role or preparing for an external credential. PMI’s current examination information and eligibility rules must be checked directly; the original category wording does not establish current Aspire provider authorization.

Practical discussion topics

  • Project purpose, stakeholders and value
  • Predictive and adaptive ways of working
  • Scope, schedule and delivery information
  • Team communication and responsibility
  • Study planning against current PMI information

Who should discuss this subject
